The Barn and beyond

SOLD
5" X 7" oil on panel.
This is one of my efforts from the Plein Aire painting I did yesterday at the Updike Farmstead in Princeton, NJ. First, this is a beautiful farm that was donated to the Historic Society of Princeton, and the house has been beautifully restored. Brett Weaver's landscapes are on display there. The day was bright, but overcast, so dramatic shadows were hard to come by. Take home message from the day: use more paint and simplify!

I apologize if the Comment posting option wasn't working. I hope it is now.

Mary,
This really caught my eye on the DPW site and when I looked closer noticed you have the same problem that I had listing some of my work there. This is at auction for $0 and technically, someone could steal it for a $1. If you really wanted what (I think) it's worth, you need to address that. If you're not sure how to do that, contact David for help, but tin the meantime go to your Art Tracking Grid and click the "hide" option. Good luck on DPW! :)
